For small & medium-sized businesses
The Cyber Health Check: your business inspected in half a day
Like the periodic inspection of your car, but for your digital security: a regular check-up that tells you where you stand. In one morning or afternoon we review your organisation, and you receive a clear, high-level report with the key risks, quick wins and next steps.

Why a health check?
Most SMEs don’t know where they stand — until something goes wrong
No IT department
Security is often handled “on the side” by an owner, office manager or external IT supplier.
Small budget, real risk
Phishing, invoice fraud and ransomware hit small businesses just as hard as large ones.
Customers are asking
Larger clients and insurers increasingly ask suppliers to show their security basics are in order.
Where to start?
You get a short list of what matters most — not a 100-page audit.
How it works
One morning or afternoon, one clear report
01 · Before
Intake
A short call and questionnaire, so we arrive knowing your organisation.
02 · ~1 hour
Conversation
With the owner and whoever handles IT: how work is organised and where data lives.
03 · ~1.5 hours
Walk-through & checks
Workplaces, Wi-Fi, backups, accounts and cloud settings — light and non-intrusive.
04 · ~30 min
First impressions
Before we leave you hear the most important findings in person.
05 · Afterwards
Report & debrief
High-level report within 5 working days, discussed together in 45 minutes.
What we check
Eight check points
Based on recognised baselines for small organisations, translated into practical questions and light technical checks.
What you get
A report you can read in fifteen minutes
Written for owners and managers, not for technicians. No jargon, no 100-page appendix.
- Overall score — one grade that shows where you stand
- Traffic light per area — good, attention or action needed for all eight points
- Top 3 takeaways — the risks that matter most for your business
- Quick wins — improvements you can make this month, often at no cost
- Debrief — a 45-minute conversation to go through the report together

Score per check point
Top 3 takeaways
- Backups are made, but a restore has never been tested.
- Multi-factor authentication is missing on email and the bookkeeping system.
- No agreement on what to do — and whom to call — during an incident.
Illustrative example. Your report is based on your own situation.

Frequently asked
Do we need to prepare anything?
Not much. Make sure the owner or manager and the person who handles IT (internal or external) are available. We send a short checklist beforehand.
Is this an official certification?
No. The Cyber Health Check is a practical check-up, not a certificate. It does show you which steps bring you closer to frameworks such as ISO 27001 or the requirements of customers and insurers.
Will you test our systems in a way that could break something?
No. The technical checks are light and read-only. Anything more intrusive, such as a phishing test, is only done with your explicit agreement.
What happens after the report?
You can act on the takeaways yourself or with your IT supplier. If you want help, we can support you, but there is no obligation.
Everything you share during the health check is treated confidentially.
